Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ)
The Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) is the introduction level qualification for project management. It gives an breadth of knowledge and understanding of the project management profession and its principles.
Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
The Project Management Qualification (PMQ) will introduce you to all aspects and elements of project management. On completing the qualification, you will have the knowledge and understanding to run projects of all sizes proficiently and professionally, to the benefit of your role and your business.
Apprenticeships
The Associate Project Management apprenticeship is for professionals looking to either enhance current skills and knowledge in their role, or new to a role and embarking on projects for the first time. It will give insight and knowledge into a range of project management topics including the project cycle, project scoping, communication strategies and the project management environment.

Once you have signed up to your chosen course, we will issue you with our invoice. Once payment has been received, a member from our onboarding team will provide you with the relevant study material and put you in touch with your tutor.
Currently, we cannot accommodate students based overseas at this moment. We advise speaking to CIPS directly for advice on courses based outside of the UK.

Payment can be made upfront, however for individual students funding their course themselves, we offer payment instalments for our course fees as follows:
- 40% of course fee prior to commencing your studies
- 30% two months after course start date
- 30% four months after course start date
Please note that any examination fees and membership fees that must be paid for are clearly shown in our course brochure on page 7, under 'Additional Fees'.
Payment is usually paid via BACS transfer. Please remember to quote the reference number featured on your invoice when transferring payment. Alternatively, we do accept other forms of payment. Please call 01925 717428 or email qualify@cips-training.com for more information.
Duration of courses vary however each course usually takes a minimum of 6 months to complete, dependent on which study method you choose.
