Booking an individual module
A module must be purchased and paid for in full prior to joining the course. Upon receipt of your registration we will send you email confirmation of receipt and acceptance onto the course module.
Payment terms and conditions
Payment will be made in full via our third party system (Stripe) prior to starting the module. Failure to complete payment will result in your not being able to attend.
Student Responsibilities
Students are required to attend the classroom based tutorial sessions on the dates specified. If students do not attend tutorial sessions, they will not be entitled to a refund or replacement module.
APT reserve the right to cancel a course if that course does not attract a sufficient number of students, or to move a classroom course from a physical location to an online format in case of any change in legislation, government advice, force majeure or economic event. APT will make every effort to provide training in an alternative format or location in this instance. APT reserve the right to change module dates, but will aim to provide the same number of sessions over the duration of the modules.
By accepting these terms & conditions students agree only to work with APT tutors on the course of study for which they have been invoiced by APT. Students will not engage with tutors in additional courses of study unless this has been agreed by a Director of APT.
Study Material
Students will be issued with electronic lecture slides, mock exams and case studies. Please note that CIPS text books are NOT included in the original price. If textbooks are required, APT can supply these for an additional premium.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your course module then we regret we are unable to make any refund, although you have the option to place another candidate from your organisation on the course in your place.
Examination entry
Whilst our tutors are available to assist and advise where required, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are entered for the appropriate examination. Please note that the price of individual modules do not include examinations. However, exams can be booked separately. You can view CIPS exam schedule here.
