This achievement is a significant milestone in our journey as a leading provider of accredited apprenticeships and we couldn’t be prouder of our team, our learners, and our employer partners who have helped make this possible.
A Testament to Quality Training
Receiving a ‘Good’ rating in our first Ofsted inspection reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality apprenticeship training. From the outset, our goal has been to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to thrive in their roles, whilst putting the learner at the heart of everything we do.

What Ofsted Highlighted
During the inspection, Ofsted praised several key aspects of our apprenticeship programmes:
- High-Quality Teaching & Training – Our expert tutors and skills coaches are highly qualified and experienced, bringing real-world procurement expertise into every session. Apprentices receive well-structured training that allows them to apply their learning effectively in the workplace.
- Strong Learner Progression – Most apprentices make expected progress, with many passing their exams on the first attempt and achieving a distinction. Many go on to secure promotions, take on greater responsibilities, or continue their studies.
- Tailored Support & Guidance – Apprentices receive strong individual support, particularly if they fall behind.
Ofsted’s recognition of these strengths reinforces our reputation as a CIPS Centre of Excellence and one of the UK’s leading supply chain training providers.
The Impact on Our Learners
Our apprenticeships are designed not just to deliver qualifications but to empower learners with real, career-changing skills. Many of our apprentices start with little or no formal procurement training and progress to secure senior roles within their organisations.
