Procurex 2024 Competition - Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Procurex 2024 Competition ("Competition") is open to individuals aged 18 and above who are interested in procurement and supply chain management. Employees of Aspire Procurement Training and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Competition Period: The Competition will commence on Thursday 16th May and conclude on Friday 17th May. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
- How to Enter: Participants must visit the designated competition webpage on the Aspire Procurement Training website and submit their guess for the name of the bear. Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Prize: The prize consists of free tuition for a CIPS Classroom Course (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) course provided by Aspire Procurement Training. The prize covers tuition fees only and excludes examination fees and membership fees. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The individual who correctly guesses the name of the bear will be deemed the winner. In the event of multiple correct guesses, a random draw will be conducted to select the winner.
- Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the competition end date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Aspire Procurement Training reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
- Publicity: By participating in the Competition, participants grant Aspire Procurement Training the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without any further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Data Protection: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Limitation of Liability: Aspire Procurement Training and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the Competition or the prize, except where prohibited by law.
- Modification or Termination: Aspire Procurement Training reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
- Governing Law: The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants who do not agree with these terms should not enter the Competition.
By entering the Procurex 2024 Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
