The Associate Project Manager apprenticeship is designed to help you become a confident, capable project manager – equipping you with the skills, tools, and mindset to lead successful projects. It provides practical insight into core topics such as the project lifecycle, scoping, communication strategies and the wider project environment.

Associate Project Management Level 4 Apprenticeship duration:
Apprentices will spend 13 to 15 months on programme (before gateway to EPA), working towards the occupational standard, with a minimum average of 6 hours off-the-job training per week.

End Point Assessment (EPA)
The EPA for the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship consists of 3 assessment methods:
- Submission of Portfolio of Evidence and Q&A
- Project Report (3,500 words)
- Presentation and Professional Discussion
Performance in the EPA will determine the apprenticeship grade of fail, pass or distinction.
