Apprenticeship Continuity Policy
The purpose of this policy is to outline the continuity arrangements we have in place to maintain our learning programmes and safeguard our students.
Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Policy
This policy sets out our commitment to engage employers in their employees’ training and development and demonstrates how we keep employers informed on their progress and development.
Apprenticeship English and Maths Skills Development Policy
This policy document sets out our strategies for planning, managing and delivering English and maths, as well as describing aspects of quality assurance and staff development relating to the subject. The strategies within this policy apply to English and Maths for all programmes and all apprentices where appropriate.
Apprenticeship Initial Assessment Recognition of Prior Learning Policy
The purpose of this policy is to ensure all apprentices and learners are appropriately assessed for prior learning and that this assessment is accurate, consistent and free from bias.
Apprenticeship SEND and ALN Policy
The implementation of the policy is intended to improve the quality of the apprentice’s learning experience and ultimately their success, by taking into account each learner’s education needs.
Apprenticeship Subcontracting Policy
Aspire Procurement Training recognises that its primary purpose in apprenticeship delivery is to the quality of the training provision given to its apprentices. Aspire Procurement Training will always aim for excellence. Where Aspire Procurement Training believes it can serve the learning experience for apprentices better through sub-contracting elements of its training provision, then it will do so through the application of this policy.
Complaints Policy
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that we capture and respond to all complaints. We then use the information to review our policies and procedures and continually improve our operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Data Protection Policy
This policy provides a framework for ensuring that Aspire meets its obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 18). It applies to all the processing of personal data carried out by Aspire Procurement Training.
Employee Learning and Development Policy
This policy has been developed in line with Aspire Procurement Training's overall vision, purpose, values and culture and reflects a belief and passion in the need to develop and support all employees.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy
This policy means that all learners and employees of Aspire Procurement Training have the right to study or work in an environment free from discrimination, prejudice and all forms of harassment or bullying.
Health and Safety Policy
The aims of this policy are to provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities, in order to prevent accidents and to maintain safe and healthy working conditions for all.
Malpractice and Maladministration Policy
This policy explains malpractice and maladministration, the processes involved investigating accusations of breach and the seriousness with which Aspire Procurement Training takes any breach, by learners, employees or other.
Plagiarism Policy
This policy explains what plagiarism is, how we investigate, at the action we take following an investigation.
Quality Policy
Everyone at Aspire Procurement Training is responsible for quality. The purpose of this policy is to clarify the processes that contribute to a continuous process of quality improvement.
Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Policy
Aspire Procurement Training is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of our learners. The development and implementation of this policy and procedures are an integral part of Aspire Procurement Training’s determination to keep all learners safe.
Whistleblowing Policy
Aspire Procurement Training wishes to conduct its business according to high standards of ethics, always within the law, and without detrimental impact upon the communities in which it operates. The purpose of a whistleblowing policy is to allow anybody to hold Aspire Procurement Training to account where it is not achieving these aims.
