Team Leader (Level 3) Apprenticeship

The Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship is designed for those in first-line management roles who oversee teams and projects to achieve organisational goals. It focuses on developing leadership, operational and project management skills.

Participants learn to manage team dynamics, plan workloads, resolve problems and build relationships, both internally and externally.

The programme builds core skills in leadership, operations, and project coordination.

Learners will gain the confidence to manage team performance, plan and prioritise workloads, solve day-to-day challenges, and foster strong working relationships both inside and outside the organisation.

We believe professional qualifications enhance both the learner's development and the value they bring to their organisation. While the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship doesn’t require a mandatory qualification, we can offer additional qualifications, such as the Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ). This additional certification helps learners apply key project management principles directly to their role and area of the business.

Please contact us if you have any other additional qualification requirements or suggestions.
