Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Professional (Level 6) Apprenticeship

This advanced training programme combines on-the-job learning with formal education, offering your workforce the chance to gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills. The Level 6 Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Professional apprenticeship provides a direct pathway to achieving the prestigious Member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) accreditation.

  • Head of Sourcing
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Directors
  • All participants should have obtained the CIPS Level 4 Diploma and CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply

Level 6 Senior Procurement and Supply Professional Apprenticeship duration:

Apprentices will spend 15 to 18 months on programme (before gateway to EPA), working towards the occupational standard, with a minimum average of 6 hours off-the-job training per week.

Funding required:

The levy funding band for this apprenticeship is £18,000.

End Point Assessment (EPA)

The EPA consists of 3 distinct assessment methods:

  • Submission of Portfolio of Evidence and Q&A
  • Presentation and Professional Discussion
  • Completion of the L6M4 exam module

Performance in the EPA will determine the apprenticeship grade of fail, pass or distinction.
