Aspire Launches Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship … with options!

Aspire is expanding its apprenticeship offering with the Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship, designed to develop the next generation of procurement and supply chain leaders.

What makes Aspire different?

Aspire is including an optional technical or professional qualification to run alongside this well-respected apprenticeship. Optional qualifications include:

This means apprentices don’t just develop leadership skills with this apprenticeship; they gain industry-relevant expertise aligned to their role.

This unique approach ensures apprentices gain additional practical, job-specific knowledge alongside leadership training, making them more effective in procurement, logistics, supply chain, and operational roles. It allows aspiring managers and leaders to obtain a technical or professional qualification related to the specific division, sector or department in which they work, and broadens the skills-based resource of the organisation.

We are delighted to be able to enhance the learning offer to all organisations and individuals, through the apprenticeship standard as a core programme.

The training programme incorporates structured learning, coaching and practical application.
