Mark is the founder and Director of Aspire Procurement Training Ltd and has developed the company into one of the leading CIPS training providers in the UK. Prior to this, Mark worked as a procurement and supply chain consultant across a range of sectors delivering cost-saving and supply chain efficiency improvement projects.
Richard Slater
Director
Currently responsible for Aspire's sales strategy, Richard brings a focus to the range and depth of training offered by Aspire, whilst ensuring that the whole team at Aspire is driven by providing a fantastic learner experience. Richard holds an MBA in Strategy and Procurement and has held multiple board level positions in Top 250 companies. Richard is also CEO of Slater Austin, a supply chain consultancy company he set up in 2015. He has a passion for continuous improvement and is an advocate of lifelong learning.
Emma Bond
Business Development and Marketing Executive
Emma’s goal is to build quality, long lasting relationships with individuals and organisations, whilst providing expert advice and support on CIPS qualifications. In her role as Business Development and Marketing Executive, Emma is also responsible for Aspire’s marketing strategy and making sure all operations are processed efficiently.
Jane Beveridge
Quality Manager
Jane has worked as a senior leader in the training industry for 15-years. Jane brings a range of skills to the role covering all aspects of funded, and corporate learning, with a portfolio including delivery, quality assurance, and consultancy. Jane herself is a coach, IQA, EQA, and EPA, all of which are invaluable around validity and assessment.
Jane's passion is continuous improvement to meet the challenges that changing markets present to us all. Her focus is Procurement, Sustainability and Facilities. She is a strong advocate for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and works tirelessly to develop the champions, products and places of tomorrow.
Rachelle quinton
Head of Centre
Rachelle is responsible for overseeing the operations within Aspire. Rachelle provides inspired leadership for Aspire along with developing, implementing and reviewing operational policies and procedures within the business. Having worked in procurement from the start of career, Rachelle is also a member of Aspire's tutor team!
